Not Bad overall I enjoy drinking it. Nice even lukewarm and cold.
I found no need for a bloom time with llave, I don't really know how you can't smell the soft, caramel aroma. You're spot on about the lemony notes, but there is definitely a caramel tone if you don't over-extract.
ReplyDeleteTry stopping as soon as you hear the air and adjusting your push time for the air sound. I find the "foam" pulls too much bitterness for something that doesn't even last in the cup.
